tofu vegetable stir fry recipe is a quick and easy recipe of mixed vegetables and tofu. it’s the essential one bowl vegetarian recipe.
Ingredients
- carrot - 2
- capsicum - 1
- baby corn - 1
- sweet corn - 2 tbsp
- tomato - 2
- tofu - 200 grams
- chili flakes - 1 tsp
- black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- salt - as per taste
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- cut all the vegetables in any shape as per your choice.
- heat a wok/kadai and add olive oil. Keep the flame on medium.
- now add chopped carrot, capsicum, baby corn, sweet corn and salt and mix well. now cover the wok.
- cook the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes.
- now add chili flakes, black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well.
- add tomato and tofu and mix well. cook for another 4-5 minutes.
