SAFFOLA OODLES - The Ring Noodles! The yummy and fun way of having Noodles. This perfect combination of yummy saffola round noodles masala flavour and fun ring shape makes for a mouth-watering snack for any time of the day!

Ingredients

  • Saffola masala oodles - 2 Pack (92 grams)
  • Oil or Butter - 2 tsp
  • Asafoetida (Hing) - A Pinch
  • Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - ½ (finely chopped)
  • Water - 400 ml (approx 2 & ¾ teacup)
  • Red Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
  • Oodles Masala - 2 sachets
  • Salt - ½ tsp (or as per your taste)

Instructions

  • Firstly, Heat up a Pan or Kadai and add 2 tsp of butter or any oil.
  • Once the butter or oil becomes hot add a pinch of Asafoetida (Hing).
  • Further, add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves and Saute till the garlic is light brown.
  • Now add finely chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger paste, or freshly grated ginger and mix well.
  • Cook for another minute on medium-low flame till the onions are translucent and keep stirring often.
  • Further, add finely chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  • Cook them for one minute on a medium-low flame till they soften and become pulpy.
  • Now add finely chopped capsicums or any other vegetables as per your choice and mix well.
  • Saute the veggies for another minute.
  • Add red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and mix well.
  • Now add 400 ml water, mix well and bring to boil.
  • When water starts boiling, add rings noodle and mix well.
  • Cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
  • Now add your yummy masala sachet mix to the masala oodles and mix well.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes and stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Finely, Masala Oodles is ready. Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
  • Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy a delicious bowl of Saffola Oodles and make your snack time Yummmazingg!!!!!

Notes

  • We recommend making it slightly soupy for the best taste.
  • You can get creative and add your own magic to it too- add your favorite garnishing – chopped coriander, grated cheese, or more veggies for your own unique bowl of Oodles.
  • You can add any vegetable as per your taste or choice like carrots, green beans, cauliflower, capsicum, baby corn, broccoli, green peas, etc.
