Firstly, cut the vegetables as mentioned in the veg hakka noodle ingredient section.
After that, heat a Kadai / wok and add 2 tbsp of oil.
Put on the flame to high.
Additionally, add chopped onions and cook the onions for about 2 minutes.
Further, add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
Now add chopped carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
After that, add chopped capsicum, and cabbage. Saute till the capsicums are half cooked. They should retain the crunch.
Now it's time to add noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, chili garlic sauce (if using), m.s.g / Ajinomoto, salt and mix well.
Further, add hoisin sauce, and black pepper powder and mix well.
Now, add a few drops of sesame oil and add some spring onion. Toss it well and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Finally, Restaurant-style Veg Hakka Noodles are ready to be served.
Serve this yummy and hot Vegetable Hakka Noodles plain or accompanied with Veg Manchurian curry or hot and sour vegetable sauce.
