Firstly make a potato mixture, for that mash the potatoes and add onion, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mango powder, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, chopped fresh coriander, salt, and mix well.
Further, cut the bread slices diagonally into two pieces each.
Spread the tomato ketchup on one side of the slice evenly.
Now spread the prepared potato mixture on the top of the ketchup.
After that, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top of potato mixture.
Take a Tawa/non-stick pan, and evenly toast the prepared bread using butter on both the sides until potato toast become crisp and golden brown in colour.
Finally, serve these hot crispy potato toast along with your favorite ketchup and chutney!!!!
