  • ½ tsp Roasted Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera powder)
  • 1 tsp Green Chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Mango Powder / Amchur Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt (adjust as per taste)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Water

  • Further, place some potato filling/stuffing in the center of the bread.
  • After that, wrap the bread and give it an oval shape with the help of both hands.
  • Make sure to pinch the edges of the bread and secure it tightly.
  • If there is any exposed potato filling, it will leak out into the oil while frying them.
  • Make all the potato stuffed bread rolls this way.
  • Further, heat a Kadai/wok on medium flame and add oil for frying bread rolls.
  • When the oil becomes hot, then add 3-4 aloo stuffed bread rolls at a time.
  • Now deep fry the prepared bread rolls in hot oil.
  • The oil has to be medium hot. The moist bread will absorb a lot of oil if the oil is not hot enough.
  • Further, stir and fry from all sides on medium gas until it turns crispy and golden brown.
  • Drain the potato bread rolls on kitchen paper tissues to remove excess oil.
  • Finally, your crispy and delicious bread rolls are ready to be served.
