Dominos Veg Pizza Recipe | How to make Veg Pizza at Home | Vegetable Pizza Recipe

Everybody in my family loves pizza and is crazy about them. Instead of ordering pizzas from Domino’s or Pizza Hut, or any restaurant today I tried making regular crust dominos Veg Pizza recipe in my kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • cup Lukewarm Water
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oregano Seasoning
  • ½ cup Cornmeal or Makki ka Atta (to dust)
  • ½ cup Capsicum (chopped)
  • ½ cup Tomato (chopped)
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce

Instructions

Instructions for veg pizza dough:

  • Firstly, add the yeast and sugar to ½ cup of lukewarm water and keep aside. Let the yeast activate for 15 minutes.
  • After that, add all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp oregano seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, and 1 tsp salt in a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Additionally, add the yeast water mix to the mixing bowl and make a dough, if needed add more lukewarm water.
  • Further, knead the dough for 5-6 mins.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a plastic wrap/damp towel.
  • Let this pizza dough rest in the refrigerator for 12 hours or more.
  • After that, take the veg pizza dough out of the refrigerator.
  • Now the dough should have doubled in quantity.
  • Finally, cut the pizza dough into equal size balls then covered with cloth and let it rest again for 10-15 minutes.

Instrctions for dominos veg pizza recipe:

  • Firstly, sprinkle lots of corn meal on a flat surface (for the outer crunchy coating of the pizza).
  • Further, roll the dough out to approx. 26cm diameter on a cornmeal-dusted surface.
  • Further, transfer this veg pizza to a pizza baking tray that is very well greased with butter.
  • Now, spread pizza sauce, sprinkle some cheddar cheese, followed by capsicum, tomato, and onion (your choice of toppings), and sprinkle a little bit of oregano seasoning.
  • Additionally, spread some mozzarella cheese.
  • After that, bake in a preheated oven @240c for 15-25 minutes or until it’s well baked.
  • Give your temptations a wait of 5 mins before slicing and sprinkle a little bit of oregano seasoning and red chili flakes on vegetable pizza.
  • Finally, serve this hot and delicious Dominos Veg Pizza.

Notes

  • You can adjust pizza toppings as per your taste. You can also add other pizza ingredients like jalapeno, olives, cottage cheese, zucchini, corn kernels, etc.
