Ingredients

  • capsicums - 3 medium
  • veg fried rice - 3 cup
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • mozzarella cheese - 2 tbsp grated
  • oregano seasoning - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Prepare the veg fried rice.
  • cut the tops of the capsicums and remove the seeds.
  • grease the capsicums with butter.
  • stuff the capsicums with this fried rice and sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Now sprinkle oregano seasoning.
  • preheat the oven at 160 degree c.
  • bake for 8 to 15 mins depending on the size of capsicums.
  • now baked stuffed capsicums are ready and serve them hot or at room temperature.
