Firstly, cut the vegetables as mentioned in the ingredient section.
Heat a wok (Kadai) and add 2 tbsp oil.
Put on the flame to high.
Additionally, add chopped onions and cook the onions for about 2 minutes.
Further, add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
After that, add chopped carrots and chopped beans. Keep the flame on high and roast the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
Now add chopped capsicum and chopped cabbage into it. Saute the veggies for 1-2 more minutes.
Add boiled rice, m.s.g ( monosodium glutamate) or Ajinomoto, salt, and black pepper powder and mix well.
Further, add soy sauce, vinegar, and red chili garlic sauce into the rice and mix well.
After that, add ½ tsp sesame oil and egg bhurji and toss it well and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Sprinkle some chopped spring onion on it and mix all the ingredients well.
Turn off the flame.
