50gramsUnsalted Butter
½cupAll-purpose Flour (Maida)
½cupFine Sugar
¼tspSalt
½tspBaking Powder
¼tspBaking Soda

Instructions
Firstly, pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Secondly, take a mixing bowl and add all dry ingredients, flour, fine sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
After that, mix all dry ingredients well and keep them aside.
Take another separate bowl and mash the bananas in it.
Additionally, add vanilla extract and eggs into the banana bowl.
Further, mix well all with an electric hand mixer.
After that, add all the dry ingredients mixture into it and mix all the banana cake ingredients well.
Now, grease the cake mould with butter and pour the final mixture into mould.
Further, use a spatula to spread evenly.
Put it in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or till a toothpick or skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.
