Ingredients

Banana Cake Ingredients:

  • 3 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 grams Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour (Maida)
  • ½ cup Fine Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Firstly, pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Secondly, take a mixing bowl and add all dry ingredients, flour, fine sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • After that, mix all dry ingredients well and keep them aside.
  • Take another separate bowl and mash the bananas in it.
  • Additionally, add vanilla extract and eggs into the banana bowl.
  • Further, mix well all with an electric hand mixer.
  • After that, add all the dry ingredients mixture into it and mix all the banana cake ingredients well.
  • Now, grease the cake mould with butter and pour the final mixture into mould.
  • Further, use a spatula to spread evenly.
  • Put it in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or till a toothpick or skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.
  • You may need to adjust the timing as needed since this depends on your oven.
  • Cool banana loaf cake on a wire rack.
  • After that, cut this cake to the desired size.
  • Finally, a delicious and yummy banana cake is ready.
  • Serve this tasty banana bread plain with tea or coffee.

Notes

If you take salted butter then don’t add salt.
