Firstly, rinse the rice under running water, rubbing the grains together between the palms of your hands, and continue this rinsing until the water runs fairly clear.
After that, soaked the rice for 30 minutes and drain.
Further, boil the water in a deep pan.
After the water comes to a boil then add the soaked and drained rice.
Additionally, add salt, and oil and mix well.
Cook on a medium flame for 8 -10 minutes or till the rice is 90% cooked.
Drain the steamed rice and transfer the boiled rice to a plate.
Finally, perfect steamed rice is ready to be served.
You can serve this hot boiled rice with any Indian curry, sabzi, or curd.
