Firstly, rinse the rice under running water, rubbing the grains together between the palms of your hands, and continue this rinsing until the water runs fairly clear.
After that, soaked the rice for 30 minutes and drain.
Further, add drained soaked rice, salt, cloves, oil, and water to an electric cooker container.
Now, normal electric cookers have 2 modes - Cook Mode and Warm Mode.
Switch on the cooker with the Cook Mode selected.
Further, cook for 10-15 minutes or till the rice is 90% cooked.
Drain the extra water and transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool for 50-60 minutes.
Finally, Perfect Steamed Rice in electric rice cooker or Boiled Rice in electric cooker is ready to be served.
