Firstly, heat 2 tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan.
After that, add the onion paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, and let it cook for one minute.
Add tomato pulp to the above mixture and let it cook for at least 4-5 minutes on low flame.
You can also use Readymade pasta sauce instead of raw tomato pulp. This can save up to 5 minutes in your cooking time.
Additionally, add the ketchup, dried oregano, black pepper powder, and red chili flakes and stir well.
Further, add the cheese and ½ tsp salt and mix well.
Now add boiled farfalle beet pasta to the above ingredients.
Mix all the beetroot pasta ingredients well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes and stir in between.
Finally, quick and delicious Beetroot pasta in tomato sauce is ready to be served.
