Firstly, chop the onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
Further, cut the bread slice into cubes.
Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a Kadai / Wok.
Once the oil is hot, add a pinch of Asafoetida (Hing) and Rai (Mustard Seeds) and saute them.
Additionally, add finely chopped onion and saute for a minute.
After that, add finely chopped tomatoes and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Cover and cook this for 2 minutes and stir in between.
Additionally, add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Maggi Magic Masala, and Tomato Ketchup.
Mix well and cook for a few seconds.
After that, add bread cubes.
Mix the spices with the pieces of bread well and cook for a minute.
Further, add finely chopped fresh coriander and mix them gently.
Finally, serve this hot and tasty bread poha as a breakfast or as a quick snack.
