Firstly, mash the boiled potatoes and keep them aside.
Secondly, take a mixing bowl and kuttu atta and water. Mix well to make a thick paste.
Now, add mashed potatoes to this kuttu paste.
Additionally, add finely chopped green chili, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and Sendha Namak / Rock Salt.
Further, mix all the ingredients well.
Tip - The batter of kuttu pakoda should be very thick consistent and droppable. If it looks too thin, then add some more kuttu atta and if it looks very thick, then add some water.
Heat enough oil in a deep frying Pan / Kadai over high heat.
Once the oil becomes hot, drop small kuttu pakoras in the oil using your fingers.
Turn over the kuttu pakoras again and again and fry them till they turn crispy and golden brown.
Take out the kuttu ki dahi pakode on a plate.
Further, prepare all of the Kuttu Dahi Bhalla / Kuttu dahi vadas for navratri in this same manner.
Finally, You can serve this kuttu pakora with coriander chutney or you can serve this as dahi bhalla / dahi vada.
