After 5 minutes, knead the dough slightly.
Further, divide into equal medium-sized smooth balls from the dough, and flatten between your palm one by one with the help of dry kuttu flour.
Now, take one atta ball and sprinkle kuttu atta on the surface so that the dough doesn't stick to your rolling pin or surface.
Further, roll this kuttu paratha to about the same size as that of a chapati. If you are unable to roll kuttu parathas directly, then make use of two plastic sheets to roll parathe.
Now, place the kuttu atta paratha on a hot Tawa.
When one side has partly cooked, flip the paratha.
When another side of kuttu arbi paratha is also partially cooked as well then drizzle some oil/ghee.
Flip again and spread some oil/ghee on another side too.
After that, flip again once or twice till both sides of the kuttu ka paratha are cooked properly. You should see crisp brown spots on the kuttu potato paratha.
Further, make all kuttu parathas this way and stack them up in a roti basket or casserole.
Finally, your delicious and hot kuttu parathas for navratri fast are ready to be served.
You can serve this kuttu ke parathe with navratri special Aloo Curry, Arbi Sabzi and kaddu ki sabji.
