Firstly, mash the boiled potatoes with the help of a masher or your hand.
Take a big mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, finely chopped green chilis, fresh coriander, grated ginger, red chili powder, and sendha namak / rock salt.
Mix well all the ingredients.

Gently slide the 3-4 batter-coated aloo kuttu tikki into the hot oil.
Stir occasionally and fry the kuttu aloo patties.
Flip the sides of the falhari tikkis and cook well the kuttu aloo patties on both sides.
Fry them till they turn golden brown.
Take out the Buckwheat and Potato Fritters on absorbent paper and remove excess oil.
