Ingredients

Green Chilli Pickle Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Green Chilli / Hari Mirch
  • 4 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida / Hing
  • 2 tsp Rai / Mustard seeds (Grounded)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder / Dry Mango Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt (adjust as per your taste)

Instructions

Instant Green Chilli Pickle Recipe:

  • Firstly, Wash the green chillies and drain the excess water.
  • Pat dry them with a clean towel.
  • Secondly, remove the stem and chop the hari Mirchi into small pieces.
  • After that, heat a wok/kadhai on medium flame and add mustard oil.
  • Add Grounded Rai / Mustard seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder), and Salt.
  • Mix well all the ingredients.
  • Additionally, add chopped green chillies and mix well.
  • Cook them only for a minute.
  • Now Switch off the gas. Please don’t overcook the green chilies.
  • Let it cool and stir in between.
  • Green Chilli Pickle or Hari Mirch ka Achar is now ready to be served.
  • Finally, immediately enjoy Instant Chilli Pickle Recipe or store it in an airtight container and enjoy it for a month when refrigerated.

  • Please don't overcook the green chilies.
