Firstly, Wash the green chillies and drain the excess water.
Pat dry them with a clean towel.
Secondly, remove the stem and chop the hari Mirchi into small pieces.
After that, heat a wok/kadhai on medium flame and add mustard oil.
Add Grounded Rai / Mustard seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder), and Salt.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Additionally, add chopped green chillies and mix well.
Cook them only for a minute.
Now Switch off the gas. Please don’t overcook the green chilies.
Let it cool and stir in between.
