Firstly, Soak the mixed beans like chickpeas or kabuli chana, black chana, kidney beans or rajma in enough water for 8-10 hours or overnight.
After soaking, they will double up in quantity.
Now wash the mixed beans and drain the water.
Add the mixed beans, 1 tsp salt, and enough water in a pressure cooker.
Make sure the level of water is just above the beans.
Pressure cook the beans for 6-7 whistles.
After 5 - 7 whistles, turn off the flame and let the pressure come down naturally.
Do not open the lid of the pressure cooker immediately to cook the mixed beans perfectly.
Further, heat oil in a wok/kadai.
In addition, add Asafoetida/Hing & cumin seeds and saute.
Now, add chopped onions and Saute for about 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat until the onions are translucent. Keep stirring often.
After that add chopped tomatoes, green chili, and grated ginger and mix well.
Saute for about 2 minutes on low-medium heat.
In addition, add boiled mixed beans or three types of beans, chaat masala, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur, and red chili powder, and mix well.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes and stir in between.
Add finely chopped fresh coriander to the 3 beans salad or Stir Fry Beans.
Mix well all the ingredients and switch off the gas.
Finally serve this hot, delicious, and healthy three bean salad.
