Firstly hand-shred the cabbage into bite-sized pieces as per the pic, wash, and thoroughly dry.
Cut the onions, bell peppers into julienne style, finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger.
Further, heat oil in a wok/kadai on a high flame.
Once the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic cloves and Saute till the garlic is light brown.
Further, add chopped onions and saute for about 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat until the onions are translucent. Keep stirring often.
Now add chopped cabbage and bell peppers into the kadai.
Add red chili powder, Black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Cover the Kadai or pan with a lid and cook them for about 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat. Keep stirring in between.
Give all the ingredients a stir.
Now add soy sauce, Vinegar and mix well.
Cook them for about 1-2 minutes on high flame until water is evaporated.
Make sure that the stir fried veggies are not overcooked.
Transfer the Stir Fried Cabbage into a bowl.
Serve this hot and delicious Cabbage Stir Fry as a side dish with an Indian meal or goes well in wraps, spring rolls, sandwiches, Masala Dosa, or even with roti, paratha, or plain rice.
