Ingredients

Vegetable Maggi Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Oil / Butter
  • 3 pack Maggi Instant Noodles (with the masala packet)
  • 3 pack Maggi masala (from the instant noodle pack)
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch Ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Green Peas
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 pack Maggi Masala Magic
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish

Instructions

How to make Vegetable Maggi:

  • In a pan or kadai, heat two tablespoons of cooking oil or butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, finely chopped onion, and tomato to the hot oil and sauté until they become soft, the raw smell of garlic disappears, and the mixture becomes aromatic.
  • After that add salt and green peas.
  • Further, add water to the kadai, mix well, and boil for a few minutes.
  • After that add maggi masala magic and Maggi masala (from the instant noodle pack) and mix well.
  • Cook it for a few more seconds and stir in between.
  • Now add Maggi noodles and cook them according to the package instructions until they become soft.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly, ensuring the vegetables and spices are evenly distributed throughout the noodles.
  • If the Maggi seems too dry, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency. Be mindful not to add too much water, as the dish is best enjoyed with a slightly dry texture.
  • Let the mixture cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Once done, remove the kadai from the heat.
  • Garnish the Vegetable Masala Maggi with freshly chopped coriander leaves, if desired.
  • Finally, serve the piping hot Veg Maggi in bowls or plates, and enjoy this delicious and wholesome meal.
