Firstly, take the pea peels one by one and remove the sides and inner membrane of the pea skin.
Chop them into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they're clean and ready for cooking.
Also, Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and wash them.
Heat oil in a wok/kadai over medium heat.
Add Asafoetida/hing and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Now, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and saute for a few seconds.
Add chopped potatoes, matar ke chilke, salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let the aloo matar chilka sabji simmer for about 8-10 minutes until they are fully cooked. Stir in between.
After that open the lid and add amchur powder and garam masala and mix well.
Once the Alu aur Matar Ke Chilke Ki Sabji are tender and the sabzi has a beautiful aroma, turn off the heat.
Finally, serve this Aloo and Matar Ke Chilke Ki Sabzi hot with chapati or Paratha or Rice for a wholesome meal and Enjoy.
