  • spring onions – 1-2 (sliced)
  • onion – 1 medium (cut into fine long thin strips)
  • capsicum – 1 (cut into fine long thin strips)
  • carrot – 1 (cut into fine long thin strips)
  • cabbage – ½ cup (cut into fine long thin strips)
  • ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • oil – 6-7 tbsp
  • water – 1.5-2 liter
  • m.s.g ( monosodium glutamate) or ajinomoto – 1/ 2 – 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • light soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • chilli garlic sauce –  1 tsp
  • hoisin sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
  • white vinegar or normal vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil – few drops (optional)

  • boil water in a deep pan.
  • now add salt, 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

  • after the water comes to a boil then add the noodles.
